Habitat: On soil, associated with Quercus spp. (including Q. ilex) in mixed deciduous woodland; also reported with Pinus radiata.
Notes: Known from England (Berkshire, Shropshire, South Devon, Surrey, West Norfolk, and West Sussex) and the Channel Islands (Jersey). Reported from Herefordshire but unsubstantiated with voucher material.
