Notes: Rarely reported. Stages 0 & I from scattered locations in England and Scotland. Stages II & III from England (Dorset, East Norfolk, East Sussex, Huntingdonshire, North Hampshire, North Somerset, North Wiltshire, South Devon, Surrey, West Norfolk and West Sussex) and Scotland (Midlothian).
