Habitat: On soil, with deciduous trees or conifers in native woodland, plantations or gardens, and also amongst grass on dunes.
Notes: Rarely reported. Known from England (Buckinghamshire, East Gloucestershire, East Kent, Hertfordshire, London, Middlesex, North & South Essex, Oxfordshire, South Devon, Surrey and West Sussex) and Wales (Denbighshire). Reported from the Channel Islands but unsubstantiated with voucher material.
