Habitat: On burnt soil in mixed deciduous woodland, usually on old bonfire sites.
Notes: Known from England (Surrey: Brentmoor Heath, and Box Hill) and Scotland (South Aberdeenshire: Braemar). Reported elsewhere but unsubstantiated with voucher material.
