Cortinarius cyanites Fr., Epicr. syst. mycol. (Uppsala): 279 (1838) [1836-1838]

Habitat: On acidic soil, with Betula spp., Helianthemum and Pinus sylvestris.

Notes: Known from a few scattered sites in Scotland. Reported from Northern Ireland but unsubstantiated with voucher material.
