Habitat: On weathered dung of herbivores, especially on sheep dung.
Notes: Data deficient. Rarely reported or collected but seemingly more frequent in northern England and Scotland, and unrecorded from southern areas. Originally published (invalidly - no Latin diagnosis) by Josserand in BSMF 64: 26 (1948).
