Notes: Rarely reported. Known from England (Bedfordshire, Berkshire, North Wiltshire, Oxfordshire, South Devon and West Sussex) and Wales (Caernarvonshire and Denbighshire). Reported elsewhere but unsubstantiated with voucher material.
