Habitat: On soil and composted areas, amongst woodchips in flowerbeds, in fields amongst stubble, roadside verges, woodland areas, dunes and grassland.
Notes: Common and widespread. Increasingly frequent in recent years, due to the extensive use of woodchip mulch on flowerbeds.
