Habitat: On soil, often amongst Urtica dioica, on roadside banks and in hedgerows.
Notes: Rare in the nineteenth century and no known British collections were made during the period from 1880 (Norfolk: Hillington) until 2006 when it was found in East Suffolk and then at a second site in this vice county in 2010. Extant sites are also known in .
